Love stories have a huge influence over Bollywood films. From the time Bollywood is in existence we have been watching several types of love stories. And now love stories in Bollywood have moved to a next level. The kinds of subjects which are being dealt today have become more & more complex and taken a maturity route. From last few years we have been observing the flow of some of the unusual love stories which are as follows:
RAB NE BANA DI JODI: This is YRF's latest film which releases worldwide on December 12. Yash Raj Films played a pioneering role in making some of the popular love stories. Unlike their other love stories this film is quite different. As the promos itself suggests ‘There is an extraordinary love story in every ordinary jodi!'
According to the grapevine the story talks about a simpleton man (played by Shah Rukh) who gets married to debutant Anuskha Sharma's character. There is a considerable age difference between them. Both are stretching their marriage without there being any real romance. Meanwhile, a dance competition is held in town. Anushka wants to take part in the dance competition but cannot because her husband Shahrukh Khan is not hip and happening and considerably older. She feels that if she'd go for the dance competition along with her husband, they would appear as laughing stock in front of her friends. Shahrukh Khan senses his wife's problem and goes for a makeover.
